Introduction:

Aaj ke yug mein man aur indriyon ka niyantran paana sabse badi chunautiyon mein se ek hai. Har vyakti apne jeevan mein kisi na kisi roop mein tanav, ichchha, aur vasana se joojh raha hai. Man aur indriya ko niyantrit karna aasaan nahi hai, lekin sambhav hai. Thoda sa prayas, niyamit abhyas, aur shuddh sankalp se vyakti apne jeevan mein adbhut parivartan laa sakta hai. Adhyatmik marg, yog, dhyan, aur satvik jeevan shailee iska sarvottam upay hai.

Apne man ko mitr banaiye, dushman nahi. Jab man aapka saathi ban jaaye, tab hi sahi arth mein jeevan ka vikas hota hai.
